J-W Wireline Company is aware of the sensitive nature of the data it acquires through the services it provides and considers this information acquired by employees to be valuable, confidential and not otherwise available for disclosure.  J-W Wireline Company agrees to treat this information as proprietary and confidential and acknowledges that, insofar as proprietary information is concerned, an equivalent of a confidential relationship between service provider and J-W Wireline Company is established. 

J-W Wireline Company agrees to disclose the proprietary information only to such employees, representatives, advisers, officers, directors and agents as necessary and only if such persons agree to respect the confidential relationship between J-W and Customer.  J-W Wireline Company nor any of their employees, representatives, advisers, officers, directors and agents shall make any use or disclosure of any proprietary information to any other third party without the Customer’s prior written consent.

J-W Wireline Company further agrees that it will make every commercially reasonable effort to protect the confidentiality of that information by:

• Limiting access to data obtained from the customer or the services provided to selected employees, representatives, advisers, officers, directors and agents as necessary, and who will be instructed about privacy concerns and agree to respect the confidential relationship between J-W Wireline Company and the customer insofar as it relates to the proprietary information;
• Installing and maintaining cyber-security systems, including, but not limited to, firewalls, password protection, and encryption techniques to protect customer’s proprietary information;
• Maintaining adequate physical security systems; and
• Refusing to share proprietary information with any other party other than Customer.

A confidentiality agreement further reassuring our customers that their information is considered highly confidential is available upon request to your local sales representative.
