J-W Manufacturing Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Kenneth ‘Bud’ Davis to Supply Chain Manager and Cindi Johnson to the position of Business Process Analyst for J-W Manufacturing Company.
Bud Davis will lead all inventory management and procurement activities for J-W Manufacturing Company with an emphasis on the quality, consolidation of purchasing power, cost reduction and supplier performance. He has over 14 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, planning and other manufacturing-related functions as well as earning a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
“Bud’s experience in a variety of manufacturing roles uniquely qualifies him to establish and improve upon the processes for the new manufacturing company. This new role will benefit our customers and will afford the quality they have come to expect from J-W Manufacturing Company”, stated John Daniels, Business Development Manager.
Cindi Johnson has almost thirty years of experience with J-W Operating Company and twenty years working with our current system QAD MFG/Pro. Her combination of experience and tenure, along with her knowledge of our current database will be extremely valuable to the manufacturing group as process infrastructure is developed and built.

Her expertise also brings streamlining and making efficiency gains for our manufacturing group and for our customers”, commented Paul Stephenson, President, J-W Manufacturing Company.
Cindi Johnson and Bud Davis will both be headquartered out of the Longview, TX facility reporting to Paul Stephenson, President of J-W Manufacturing Company. David Littrell will be replacing Bud Davis as Plant Manager of the manufacturing facility in Sherman, TX.
