ME&E Welding and Fabrication located in Kilgore, TX

J-W Power Company announces that it has closed the acquisition of M. E. & E. Welding and Fabrication. 

Effective December 13, 2007, J-W Power Company has acquired the stock of ME & E Welding and Fabrication located in Kilgore, TX.    ME & E is a manufacturer of various types of oil field equipment specializing in pressure vessels, oilfield skids, and compression packages.

"This is a very strategic acquisition for us that will allow J-W to not only fill its own requirements for pressure vessels and skids but to fill other needs inside the company as well as third party customers." says Paul Westerman, Chief Operating Officer, J-W Operating Company.

All personnel including Ross Eason, Billy Eason and Sammy Morris will remain on as employees to maintain the same quality service that customers have come to expect. The company will remain doing business under the name of M. E. & E. Welding and Fabrication for the immediate future.
